Learn to cut, right in the rows.

Walk the field · Cut your own · Carry it home

Classes at the farm

An hour in the field, a bouquet in your hands.

Join us at the farm for a small-group cutting class. We'll walk the rows together, show you which stems are ready and how to cut them so they last, then help you turn your bucket into an arrangement you made yourself. No experience needed — just fill out the form below and we'll send you the details on upcoming classes.
